Captivating Cricket Competition

Having entered two mixed-gender teams and two all-girls teams, Brocks Hill took on representatives from eight other schools in a round robin format, with each side playing four matches each.

Amidst a high standard of competition, the pupils’ enthusiasm never waned, and they continued to give their all throughout all the matches.

They finished third and fourth in the Girls Competition and then came sixth and seventh in the Mixed Competition.

“[The] highlight of the day was definitely watching the children enjoy themselves and show off their cricketing skills,” explained Mr Moore, who led Brocks Hill at the event.
